Jennifer Elise Ministries, Inc. is a non profit organization that helps aid orphanages in Ukraine.  Our main focus is to demonstrate the love of God to the fatherless, as we are clearly instructed to do in James 1:27.  We collect and ship new and gently used clothing, jackets, shoes, etc. to the children.  Currently, we are working with 6 different orphanages in or around Zhytomyr, Ukraine, housing orphans ranging from infants to 18 year olds. This ministry partners with a Christian church in Zhytomyr, led by Viktor Kovba.  Twice a year, mission teams go and distribute the clothing, teach the children about God, provide crafts and games and simply love on the children.  To find out how to get involved, email us! There are over 100,000 orphans in Ukraine.
There is 1 adult to every 14 children.
There are enough clothes for each child to have one outfit. They do laundry every day.
At the age 17, they are forced to leave the orphanages. Of those, 60% of the girls will turn to prostitution to survive and 70% of the boys will turn to crime.
There are thousands of children living in the sewers.
